The following Terms and Conditions apply to all professional training workshop and course listings of the neuroCare Group Pty Ltd. under the domain name www.neurocareclinics.com.au
The participant is expected to have at least a Masters level in Human Sciences (e.g. Psychology, Medicine). In cases where the education level is comparable, participation can be considered by neruoCare. neuroCare can request degrees and certificates as proof.
Prices, services and payments
Workshop or course prices are listed on the website without obligation. neuroCare obtains the right to change the price of courses and workshops if necessary. During the courses and workshops, neuroCare will provide lunch, refreshments and necessary reading materials.
A participant’s registration in the course will be secured upon payment either by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) or via third-party PayPal’s secure online transaction service. When these payment terms are not met neuroCare retains the right to exclude the participant form the course or workshop.
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation of the registration needs to be communicated via e-mail or phone and this must be confirmed by neuroCare. For cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the first course or workshop day, the person is entitled to full reimbursement. For cancellations within 30 days before the first day of the workshop or course, 50% of the course costs will be reimbursed. Cancellations within 7 days of the first day of the workshop are not entitled to a refund. In all cases – after consulting neuroCare– a replacement participant can be admitted if that person can fulfil requirement 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
Restitution of the registration fee is only possible when termination of the course or workshop is caused by an unforeseen event such as illness or emergency of the participant. Adjudication will be reviewed by neuroCare.

The authoritative body will issue accreditation of the different courses and workshops. If accreditation is acknowledged it will be stated in the neuroCareprogram. A certificate will be provided which acknowledges the full or part attendance of any workshop.
Participation in a neuroCare course can be reviewed by a written or oral examination, a practical assignment or a combination of these. Such an assessment can be used to determine successful completion of the course.
Course cancellation by neuroCare Group Pty Ltd.
neuroCademy obtains the right to cancel the course or workshop if there are not enough participants for the course or workshop. Course fees that have already been paid will be refunded. neuroCare cannot be held responsible for other costs (e.g.flight or hotel) caused by the cancellation of courses or workshops. neuroCare obtains the right to change the program whenever this is required.
The copyright and ownership on all course materials created by neuroCare will remain of neuroCare and its course presenters. Multiplication, copy or distribution of any of these materials, including publications and slides, or publishing it in press, copy, microfilm or otherwise is not permitted without the written permission from neuroCare and/ or its presenters.
By registration for a course or workshop, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of neuroCare Group Pty Ltd.
